This new exhibition at the History Museum chronicles how the two small lakeshore villages of Saugatuck and Douglas reflected the contrasting worlds of fear and fun during the Cold War era of the 1950s-1970s.

Saugatuck-Douglas History Museum is located on Park Street at Mt. Baldhead Park, Saugatuck on the west side of the Kalamazoo River, a short walk from the Chain Ferry.

The Museum is open 1 PM to 4 PM daily from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day then from 1 PM to 4 PM on weekends through October.
