FOODIES LOVE SPRING AT WICKWOOD!!

"A quarter-century ago, the term "foodie" denoted a small set of people who lived on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and lined up at The Silver Palate on weekends. Now these people are everywhere in America."
--- The New York Times Magazine, 11/8/10

We love having Food Lovers at Wickwood! Join us to celebrate Spring as Julee (SP founder and WW’s Chief Cook and Bottle Washer) along with the Wonderful Women of WW cook new and exciting dishes that are bursting with the seasons’ freshest flavors of the year.

Local Farmer's Markets are just opening and suddenly filled with rhubarb, asparagus, pea shoots, chervil, ramps, morels, baby arugula, the first carrots and the tiniest radishes. After our long winter --- the creative juices are flowing and we're cooking with gusto!! Come taste Spring with us!

"People who love to eat are always the best people." --- Julia Child
